gas dryer not heating

A blown thermal fuse can cut the power to the gas valve coils that control the flow of gas.  This will need to be replaced in order to restore this power circuit.  The fuse can blow if the dryer is getting to hot – usually due to poor air circulation inside the machine, or ouside the machine in the air-duct.
In some cases, the gas ignitor and/or the gas valve electrical coils become faulty  Again, this requires that the be replaced with new, working parts.
